Overview of the PARE Program

With this, UPPC employs Customer Relationship Management or CRM as one of its strategies in fulfilling its vision of becoming the most preferred paper supplier in the country.  As an innovative organization, UPPC persistently aims to deliver not only quality products and services but also experiences that sets it apart from its competitors. 

 

PARE is a commonly used term in the Philippines which means friend or close friend.  UPPC calls its CRM program as the PARE program.  As the name implies, UPPC treats its customers and end-users not only as its business partners but as its pares and mares. 

 

PARE stands for Professionalism, Achievement, Relationship and Efficiency. 

 

Professionalism – Develop market awareness about UPPC’s identity and strengthen public relations.

 

Achievement – Widen the scope of services by providing technical support to customers & end-users to realize the concept of Total Supply Chain Management and to achieve a “win-win” situation.

 

Relationship – Aggressively maintain relationships built and created in the past years, and continue to establish & create more solid partnerships in the coming years.

 

Efficiency – Create and organize seminars and trainings that would facilitate learning and would develop new ideas for innovation.
